**Please Read All Contest Rules Before Entering**

Hi Everyone! I would like to introduce myself, my name is Dorothy, your host for the ~DWWG~ PSP Contest. How this will work is, I will send out a tutorial and you will use that tutorial to create any form of graphic you want. I may include some pictures or tubes to help you and if the tutorial requires anything special, I will have those for download in the e-mail announcing the contest. I look forward to seeing all the great entries and winners will be announced on Tuesdays. If you have a tutorial you wish to submit for the contest, just e-mail it to me. Thank You and Good Luck! If you win 1st place, you will get 2 (two) specialty name tags as a prize. If you win 2nd or 3rd place, I will make you 1(one) specialty name tag as a prize (see special note below regarding names.) **SPECIAL NOTE : When you win any Place in any level of the contest, I make you a specialty tag(s) as your prize. I know some of you use separate screen names for different lists you are on, so when I make your winner tag and if you want you REAL NAME on the tag, (example...I use Dorothy on most of my tags, not my S/N Deeleeps40), please send the name(s) you would like on your tag(s) along with your entry. That way you can have a tag you can use on all your lists. You do NOT have to do this. Thanks! I will only accept either your DWWG Screen Name or your Real Name only! |

Tuesday - Tutorial sent out & Winners announced from prior week's contest. Saturday - Entries due by Midnight EST for current weeks contest. Sunday - Entries sent out for voting. Start voting. Monday - Votes are dues by Midnight EST. Tuesday - Winners announced from prior week's contest & new Contest. |

For this contest: 1. You must use the tutorial given to create any form of graphic as your entry. 2. It must be obvious that the tutorial was used in your entry. 3. NO Names or Watermarks should be visible. 4. NO copyrighted images can be used in your creation. Examples are: Amy Brown Art, Grace Lee Art, Jonathan Earl Bowser Art, etc. If you have any questions about whether you are about to use a copyrighted image, please contact me and I can direct you. 4. There is to be NO adult content in your tags. Please remember that this is a rated G - R open list. Any entry I feel is borderline will be denied entry into the contest. You will be contacted as soon as possible so you may have time to make another entry if you wish. 5. You will choose your own entry level...Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced (links provided on Tutorial page.) If you win in any level 3 times, you are to advance to the next level. 6. All entries must be saved and sent to me in .JPEG .JPG or .GIF format. Size limited to 350 x 350. 7. You may enter up to 2 entries per person per contest. 8. You can only enter ONE level per contest. (This means if you make 2 entries, both must be in the same level together.) 9. Regarding Animation entries: You may animate any contest tutorial entry but you cannot enter in the Beginner category with it. All animation will only be accepted in the Intermediate and Advanced categories. 10. MOST IMPORTANT: Use the links provided on Tutorial page to enter. That's the list of rules.
