Q & A Nights

There will be at least two (2) nights a week where there will be a question and answer session in an AOL chat room specifically for us here at DWWG. To participate, you must be on AOL or have AIM installed. When the time comes for the session, those with AIM please IM the Moderator who will then invite you into the chat room or you may use the links provided here.                         Here are a few general rules when inside the chat rooms:

1.  When you have a question, type in Q.  Wait until I address you by your screen name to ask your question.  I can not answer everyone's questions at one time, this will be on a first come, first asked, first served basis.
2.  Please respect the others in the room.  Do not carry on with alot of chat in the room unless it is helping answer a question.  It gets difficult to follow if there is alot of unneccary chat going on between the answers.
3.  Please be patient.  Depending on how many are in the room, it could take a bit before I am able to get to you personally.
4.  Listen to other peoples questions and answers, you may get your question answered while waiting.  Or learn something new.
5.  If you can help with answering a question, or you know of an easier way other than the way I am explaining something, feel free to step in and help out.
6.  If your question is complex and involves lengthy time to answer, I have the right to request that you schedule a one on one with me personally at a later time so as not to take up everyone else's time.  I will help you, but some things do require a bit more work.
7.  On occasion I will request that you give me your member log in and password so that I can go into your website to see what exactly is going on, what is wrong and where it needs to be fixed.  I will not use this information for my own benifit nor will I pass it on to others.  Also, if I see the problem, I will not personally fix it.  I will explain to you what the problem is and let you fix it yourself.  You can't learn if you have others doing the work for you :)
8.  I reserve the right to block any member in the room and ignore them should they be acting improper, using harsh language, or effecting other's in a negitive way. 
9.  If you invite a friend into the room that is not a member of DWWG please make them aware of the rules prior to entering.
10.  Have your questions ready upon entering the room
